A shocked dad found a huge pear shaped like a penis in a bag of fruit from Aldi. Johnny O’Connell, 43, burst out laughing when he discovered the 7in whopper while unpacking his groceries.
He was stunned how “realistic” it was – and says his wife’s pals are putting Aldi pears on their shopping lists. The dad-of-two got the big surprise when he opened the £1.49 bag of Conference pears at home on Wednesday night.
Johnny, of Morpeth, Northumberland, said: “I'd nipped to buy a few things and brought them home and was unpacking them when I fancied a snack. My wife's been on at me about losing a few pounds so I ripped the bag of pears open and out tumbled this willy shaped pear.
