A man was found with gunshot wounds Thursday afternoon in West Englewood on the South Side.
The man, 22, was found about 3:50 p.m. on the ground in the 6600 block of South Hoyne Avenue with gunshot wounds to the abdomen and shoulder, Chicago police said.
He was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center, where he died, police said.
No one was in custody.
