Man falls from roof in Scots town as emergency services race to scene

A man has fallen from the roof of a building in a Scots town.

Emergency services raced to Cross Street in Fraserburgh after the alarm was raised at around 6.30am on Tuesday, April 5.

Ambulance crews attended and the 48-year-old man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.

His condition is not yet known.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 6.30am on Tuesday, 5 April, to a report of a man falling from a roof on Cross Street, Fraserburgh.

“A 48-year-old man has been taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.”
