A man has died following a two vehicle crash in Co Down on Thursday.
The collision between a lorry and a motorcycle occurred on the Bangor Road in Newtownards at approximately 1.15pm.
The road was closed for several hours whilst emergency services carried out their duties but has now been fully reopened to traffic.

In a statement on Thursday night, a police spokesperson said: “We received a report at approximately 1.15pm of a serious collision. Sadly a man has died.
“Our enquiries are continuing and I want to appeal to anyone who in the area at the time this collision took place, that may have witnessed the incident, or may have captured dash cam footage to contact us on 101 quoting reference 838 09/02/23.”
