A man has tragically died after falling from the third floor window of a Glasgow flat.
The 28-year-old plunged from the window of a property on Great Western Road in the Blairdardie area of the city at around 8am on Sunday, November 13.
Emergency services, including Police Scotland and Scottish Ambulance Service, sped to the scene and the victim was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Sadly, he could not be saved, and later passed away.
Cops have confirmed the death is not being treated as suspicious, but enquiries are ongoing to piece together exactly what happened.
The area surrounding the address was also cordoned off to prevent members of the public from passing through.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 28-year-old man was injured after falling from a third-floor window at a property on Great Western Road in the Blairdardie area of Glasgow, at around 8am on Sunday, November 13, 2022.
"He was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment where he subsequently died. There are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
