A man who was left with serious injuries from a charity boxing match has died, police have said. The fight took place last weekend, March 25.
It was one of the opening bouts of an event organised by Ultra White Collar Boxing at Harvey Hadden Sports Village in Nottingham. The event was due to run until 10pm but was ended when the boxer needed medical attention.
Paramedics, who were situated at the event, attended to the man. He was then taken to hospital, reports Nottinghamshire Live.
