A defendant has been cleared of stalking a woman, assault and damaging property after a trial at Nottingham Crown Court.
Dwaine Parrish was alleged to have stalked her on June 25, 2021, where he made a phone call threatening her with violence and sent her text messages.
As part of the stalking, it was said by prosecutors he entered her home without permission, then refused to leave, and caused her to fear that on two occasions violence would be used against her.
Parrish, 36, of Elford Road, Sneinton, was also said to have assaulted her and damaged property, all charges he denied.
Not guilty verdicts were delivered on Friday, February 4.
He now faces sentence on Monday, February 7, over harassing the woman after previously pleading guilty to that change.
