Man City XI vs Fulham: Starting lineup, confirmed team news, injury latest today

Manchester City have handed a debut to Jeremy Doku for the visit of Fulham.

Doku was an unused substitute for the narrow win over Sheffield United last time out but now gets his first chance to impress. Matheus Nunes joined on deadline day from Wolves, in a deal worth £53million, and does not make the starting lineup.

Kevin De Bruyne and John Stones are still missing for the Premier League champions, Manuel Akanji is available again after missing the win at Bramall Lane through illness and starts as Josko Gvardiol makes way.

Phil Foden started the previous game on the bench due to an illness of his own, but came on and has now recovered. He starts as both Bernardo Silva and Jack Grealish do not.

Newly crowned PFA Player of the Year Erling Haaland scored both home and away against Fulham last season and you would not bet against him adding to that tally today.
