An FA Cup final first as the Manchester derby is set to take place at Wembley Stadium to find out if Manchester City can maintain their hopes of a treble or if their rivals United will stop them in their tracks to make sure they are the only club in England to achieve such a feat.
City go into this match as the strong favourites at 1/2 to win the final with Betfred while United are 5/1 longshots to make sure they are still the only side to win the treble while a draw is 7/2. The Red Devils have won five of their last six FA Cup meetings against their local rivals most recently coming from a 3-2 away win back in January 2012.
Pep Guardiola will be keen to go one step closer in to achieve the treble with the Champions League just a week away. The Spaniard has only managed one FA Cup win in his time which happened in 2019 thrashing Watford 6-0 and has never gone beyond a semi-final since then until this year.
For Erik ten Hag, the message will be clear - stop Man City. The club won the historic treble in 1999 in one of Sir Alex Ferguson's many achievement at Old Trafford and the Dutch head coach will be keen to make sure his club remain the only one in the country to achieve that accolade.
