Arsenal will face Manchester City in the FA Cup fourth round after progressing past Oxford United in the tournament. City knocked out Chelsea to make their way to the next stage of the competition.
It has been announced that the match will be televised but the fixture has been moved to Friday, January 27. The game will kick off at 8pm which will create difficulty for Arsenal's travelling supporters.
Arsenal have a slightly shorter turnaround compared to their cup opponents. The Sunday prior, City play Wolves at 2pm whereas the Gunners will play City’s rivals Manchester United at 4:30pm the same afternoon.

City and Arsenal go head-to-head at the Emirates Stadium just over two weeks after they face one another in the FA Cup. Mikel Arteta was asked by football.london whether the cup fixture was a frustration ahead of what is such a key clash in the Premier League title race.
"It’s what it is,” he told football.london. “That happens.
“You have to play different competitions between teams and we’ll try to prepare that game to win it obviously and that game will be very different to the league game. We know each other really well – every team does – and I don’t think that will change much."
The last time the pair faced one another in the FA Cup was the 2020 semi-final. Arsenal won 2-0 thanks to a brace from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
However, in the league, Arteta has never beaten his former mentor and colleague Pep Guardiola. Both Spaniards will be hoping to progress and take out their main rivals in the process.
