City provide Haaland injury update
Pep Guardiola has confirmed that Erling Haaland will be fit to face Southampton on Saturday afternoon.
Manchester City had to do without their star striker last weekend against Liverpool after Haaland suffered a groin injury before the international break. He initially linked up with the Norway squad, but had to withdraw and while the injury was not too serious it was enough for him to miss the first Premier League game back.

City were given three days off after beating Liverpool 4-1 and when they returned Haaland was able to train. The Norwegian has worked hard enough this week for Guardiola to rule him fit for the weekend, before they head down to St Mary's Stadium to take on their rock-bottom opponents.
Guardiola praises former City starlet
Romeo Lavia has continued to impress Manchester City since his move to Southampton.
Pep Guardiola wanted to keep Lavia this campaign, but he could not convince the player that he would get enough minutes to stay in the face of a £10.5m bid from Southampton. The 19-year-old has managed to shine in what has been a difficult season on the South Coast.
Chelsea were taken enough, after playing Saints in August, to try and sign him before the summer deadline closed, seeing a £40m offer knocked back. There is expected to be significant interest in the midfielder again when the season ends - especially if Southampton are relegated.
