Manchester City defender Ruben Dias has revealed the two key factors that make Pep Guardiola an "extraordinary coach".
City have won four out of six Premier League matches so far this season, the only blips on the radar being a 3-3 draw at St James' Park and Saturday's 1-1 draw at Aston Villa. The Blues have been impressive, though Arsenal are still ahead of them at the top of the table.
Guardiola's side have added Erling Haaland to their ranks this season, and the Norwegian has taken City to another level. The 22-year-old has already scored two hat-tricks in the league, scoring 10 goals in six games so far. The former Borussia Dortmund striker has enjoyed a seamless transition from the Bundesliga to the intensity of the English game.

A player of Haaland's calibre naturally means the spotlight will be on the new signing, and the rest of his attacking teammates, yet City boast a vast array of stars throughout their team.
The Blues have kept three clean sheets so far this season against West Ham, Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest. They have conceded six goals in their other three matches against Newcastle, Crystal Palace and Aston Villa.
This has somewhat shifted the focus towards City's defence, as vulnerabilities seemingly appeared. Dias has been at the heart of the Blues' back-line since his arrival from Benfica in 2020, winning the Premier League Player of the Season award in his debut season.
The 25-year-old recently spoke to SPORTbible as he revealed the impact that Guardiola has in training, and exactly why he is a world-class manager.
Dias said: "He is an extraordinary coach for two reasons. The way he sees the game and how demanding he is. Every year, after winning everything, he's just there again with his idea.
"He demands the very best from us every single day. He is never satisfied. You might have pulled off ten actions in training that were perfect but if one thing wasn’t right, he will let you know.
"I think that makes you reach a different level; both as a team and as an individual."
