Manchester City are pondering another loan exit as they knock their elite development squad into shape for the rest of the season.
The Blues ’ 21-year-old midfielder Iker Pozo is expected to join Croatian club HNK Rijeka until summer, although Dutch second division club FC Eindhoven — where he spent a successful 2020-21 season — have shown an interest in taking him back.
Pozo, who usually plays a holding role in midfield, scored three times for Eindhoven last year in 28 appearances, and that was enough to see them back in for him when another loan is mooted.
