Manchester City boss Gareth Taylor has been shortlisted for the Barclays Women's Super League manager of the month award for the second time this season.
Taylor was nominated for the October award, which was eventually collected by Manchester United manager Marc Skinner. League action was reduced in November as a result of the final international break of the calendar year, but City moved up to fourth in the table with two wins from two.
The Citizens comfortably beat Reading 3-0 at the beginning of the month, before narrowly overcoming Everton 2-1 away from home two weeks ago. They'll hope to continue their fine form this weekend when they host Brighton on Sunday.
Also up for the award is Aston Villa boss Carla Ward, having already collected September's manager of the month prize. Villa won both their WSL games in November, beating both Liverpool and Reading.
The Midlands club now face a difficult test this weekend when they visit Manchester United at Old Trafford. Villa currently sit fifth in the table, just three points behind Manchester City in fourth.
Emma Hayes returned to the dugout last month after a six-week absence following emergency surgery. She was back for her side's huge game against Tottenham at Stamford Bridge and watched them comfortably beat their rivals 3-0.
Hayes is up for the award alongside stand-in coach Denise Reddy, after they guided the Blues to two big wins, including a comfortable 3-1 victory away at Manchester United. Chelsea currently claim top spot in the table, having played a game more than Arsenal and United.
The London club are away at Leicester City this weekend and will hope to maintain their unbeaten run, having only lost on just one occasion this season in their opening game against Liverpool back in September.
