Man charged with alleged rape of child in Geraldton, WA

A 46-year-old man has appeared in the Geraldton Magistrates Court charged in relation to the alleged sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl.

The court heard Chad James Broad is facing two counts of sexually penetrating a child under the age of 13 and one count of indecent dealing in aggravated circumstances of being in company with another person.
