A man has been charged in connection with making alleged 'nuisance and malicious calls' to Greater Manchester Police.
Anthony Warburton, of Dickenson Road in Longsight, has been charged in relation to calls made to the force between June 2022 and February 2023, police said. The 50-year-old has been remanded into custody.

He will appear in court on March 21. A post on the GMP Longsight and Moss Side Facebook page this morning said: "#CHARGED| A man has been charged in connection with making nuisance and malicious calls made to Greater Manchester Police between June 2022 and February 2023.
"Anthony Warburton (15/08/1972), of Dickenson Road, Longsight, was remanded into custody to appear in court on 21 March."
