A man has been arrested and charged after police were called to reports of a 'suspicious package' at Buchanan Bus Station.
Glasgow Live previously reported that police were called to the Glasgow station on Wednesday, June 8.
The alarm was raised at around 12.15pm when officers received reports of a suspicious package in the area.
Emergency crews evacuated the station and put the surrounding area on lockdown.
Soon after the station was re-opened, an investigation into the incident was launched.

Greater Glasgow Police Division have since revealed that a man was arrested and charged in connection.
The 50-year-old was released on undertaking to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date.
Police released a statement on Wednesday afternoon.
It read: "A 50-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an incident at Buchanan Bus Station on Wednesday, June 8.
"At around 12.15pm officers responded to a report of a suspicious package at Buchanan Bus Station, Killermont Street, Glasgow.
"The man has been released on undertaking to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date."
