A man has been charged with drink driving offences and assault on police after being arrested when a car was found on its side in a verge.
The man, 38, was arrested in the Moor Road area of Coalisland after police found the car "parked precariously" at the side of the busy road. He had been found nearby after police located the vehicle on Sunday morning.
The PSNI said the driver of the car had blown over the drink drive limit and was subsequently arrested. He was charged with a number of offences.

"Police charged a 38-year-old man with a number of offences, including assault on police," a police spokesperson told Belfast Live.
"He was due to appear before Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 18th July.
"As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service."
In a post on PSNI Mid Ulster's Facebook page the PSNI asked anyone who witnessed the crash to get in touch.
"In the early hours of this morning officers located this vehicle parked quite precariously on the Moor road, Coalisland," the post said.
"The driver was located nearby and has since blown over the drink drive limit. Thankfully on this occasion no-one was injured.
"If you witnessed the crash please phone 101 quoting 396."
