A man has been charged after a lorry crash caused a nine-hour road closure near the M8.
Police were called to the A8 near Rhindhouse Road in Baillieston around 4.05pm on Tuesday following reports of a one-vehicle crash.
The road was closed as emergency services dealt with the overturned lorry.
It remained closed until 1.30am on Wednesday morning.
Police have now confirmed that a man has been charged in connection with road traffic offences.
The force said: "Around 4.05pm on Tuesday, May 3, police were called to the A8 near Rhindhouse Road, following a report of a one-vehicle crash involving a lorry.
"The road was closed for recovery until around 1.30am on Wednesday, May 4.
"One man has been charged and will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with road traffic offences."
