A teenage thug battered a man an empty bottle during a horrific ATM robbery.

Finlay Main launched the vicious attack after demanding the victim's cash when he engaged him in conversation.

Paisley Sheriff Court heard the 18-year-old belted the Mad Dog 20/20 bottle off the side of Kyle McKendrick's face, then warned him "'I've got a blade and I'd kill c***s for less."
