Man banned from talking about sex to women everywhere

A man has been banned from talking to women and entering various locations including gyms and shops.

Jacob Allerson, 34, appeared before Chester Magistrates Court on Thursday, May 11, after he harassed young women across the city and "would not take no for an answer". Cheshire Police Police said he continued to "be a nuisance" and was intimidating towards the women.

Appearing before the court, he was handed a five-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) whereby if breached, he will find himself back before the court. The Criminal Behaviour Order is a preventive order to address an individual’s anti-social behaviour when all other measures have been exhausted, police confirmed.
