Man avoids jail for daylight robbery of teenage boys

A man who threatened teenage boys with a box cutter while demanding cash and vaping e-cigarettes has been released without further jail time.

Jake Anthony Giaccio, 20, of Wynnum, pleaded guilty in Brisbane District Court on Tuesday to two counts of armed robbery and one count of attempted armed robbery.
