Luigi Mangione, the man arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, is scheduled to have a preliminary arraignment tonight in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, at 6 p.m. ET. The arraignment will take place in person, as confirmed by a spokesperson for the Pennsylvania State Courts.
