A man has been arrested after and aggravated robbery at a pharmacy in Darndale.
In video footage seen by Dublin Live, the man is seen forcibly entering the pharmacy and smashing the windows and glass doors, causing considerable damage to the store.
Luckily, no injuries were reported.
A garda spokesman told Dublin Live that a man aged in his 30s has been arrested in relation to the incident.
"Gardaí are investigating an incident of aggravated robbery at a pharmacy in Darndale this morning 21 February 2022.
"A man aged in his 30s was arrested at the scene and conveyed to Coolock Garda Station, where he is currently detained under Section 4 of The Criminal Justice Act 1984."
