A man was arrested as he prepared to jet off on holiday, police said. Officers from GMP's Longsight division swooped on the man, whose age has not been disclosed, at Manchester Airport.
Sharing details of the arrest on their social media, they said he was held for an alleged breach of his conditions.
Transpires he was on his way to a sunny all-inclusive holiday!" they said in a post on Twitter and Facebook pages.

"He will instead be spending the week in Costa-Del-Custody but, lucky for him, its still all-inclusive!"
It was accompanied by an image of the handcuffed man being escorted to custody by an officer.
No further details about the man or why he is on currently on bail were disclosed.
