A man has been arrested and MDMA worth €114,000 has been found during a garda raid on a Dublin business premises.
The illegal drugs, weighing 1.9kg, were found in the premises in Dublin 1. The search was carried out by as part of an intelligence led operation including Revenue’s Customs Service, the Garda National Drugs & Organised Crime Bureau (GNDOCB) and Store Street Garda Drugs Unit.
The man, in his 20s, was arrested by gardai in connection with this seizure and detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 at Store Street Garda Station. Investigations into the find are ongoing.

This operation was part of Revenue’s ongoing joint investigations targeting organised crime groups and the importation, sale and supply of illegal drugs.
