A man has been arrested and charged after €137,000 worth of heroin and cocaine was seized from a Dublin home.
The search was carried out under warrant, as part of Operation Tara at around 5:25pm yesterday. Gardai searched the home located in the Tymon Crescent area of Tallaght. Suspected heroin with an estimated value of €136,654 and suspected cocaine with an estimated value of €1,001 were seized. The total estimated value of the suspected drugs seized is €137,655.
All of the drugs seized will now be sent for analysis. A man in his early 40s was arrested at the scene and detained at Tallaght Garda Station. He will appear before the Criminal Court today at 10:30am.
