Gwent Police stopped a vehicle with over £2,000 worth of suspected stolen alcohol and crisps in the boot in the early hours of this morning (Friday, October 28).
Officers in the Roads Policing & Specialist Operations unit stopped the vehicle in Newport and upon closer inspection the vast contents of drink in the boot was soon discovered.
The force took to Twitter to share images of the bottles pilled up in the boot among a selection of crisps and other snacks. In the image a number of bottles of wine can be seen along with a pack of Corona.
