A man has been arrested after a shop was allegedly broken into in Bo'ness over the weekend.
Officers were alerted by a member of the public that a person had entered the premisses on Hope Street.
It's reported to have happened during the early hours of Saturday February 19.
A 27-year-old was arrested and due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court in connection with the incident.
Taking to Twitter, Falkirk Police said: "Police at Grangemouth received a call that a business premises was being broken into early hours of Sat 19th Feb Hope St Bo’ness.
"Police were quickly on the scene and apprehended a 27 yr old male from Bo’ness and recovered property."
