Man and woman in their 30s are killed in horror three-vehicle crash just days before Christmas

Two people in their 30s have been killed in a tragic three-vehicle car crash just days ahead of Christmas.

The sad incident took place on December 20 at around 6:40pm near Pembury in Kent.

A light-coloured Jaguar car and a black Triumph motorcycle were both heading towards Tunbridge Wells on the Pembury Northern Bypass, near the junction for Old Church Road.

A silver Ford van was travelling in the opposite direction when the incident occurred.

Kent police attended the scene alongside ambulance crews.

The rider of the motorcycle and his passenger, a man and a woman in their 30s, were pronounced dead at the scene.

The police said: “Enquiries are being led by the Serious Collision Investigation Unit and officers are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

The police have asked for anyone with dashcam footage of the incident, which may show the vehicles involved in the moments just before the collision, to come forward.

They have been advised that they can contact Kent Police on 01622 798538 and quoting reference EW/DCG/090/25, or by emailing sciu.td@kent.pnn.police.uk

Anyone with dashcam or phone footage can upload the assets to the Kent Police’s online platform.
