A man has admitted exposing and touching his genitals outside Ibrox Stadium at the Rangers title party.

Ryan Gemmell, 47, was recorded on mobile phone footage which went viral on March 7, 2021.

Hundreds of Rangers fans had gathered outside Ibrox that day to celebrate the club’s Scottish Premiership title win.
