Man, 40, collapses and dies from heart attack - now his wife has to leave the UK

A woman has spoken of her grief after her husband died from a heart attack leaving her and her son, who emigrated with him on a dependent visa, with no choice but to leave the country.

Ratandeep Bhosale, a software engineer for Siemens in Willerby, Hull, died suddenly from a heart attack on the morning of Sunday, December 11, at just 40 years old.

Mr Bhosale's wife, Shraddha Bhosale, and their nine-year-old son had emigrated with him from India several years ago on a dependent visa.
