A man was left with multiple stab wounds after being knifed repeatedly during an “appalling” fight on a south London estate.
The knife attack was launched on the 25-year-old victim on the Croxted Road Estate in West Dulwich at around 10.45pm on August 19.
He was rushed to hospital where his injuries were assessed as not life-threatening.
Police said no arrests have been made so far but enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called by the London Ambulance Service shortly after 10.45pm on Saturday, 19 August following reports of a fight in the Croxted Road Estate, SE21.
“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a 25-year-old man with stab injuries.“He was taken to hospital where his injuries have been assessed as not-life threatening.”
Helen Hayes, MP for Dulwich, appealed for witnesses as she described the attack as “appalling”.
She posted: “Very concerned to learn of a stabbing on the Croxted Road Estate. My thoughts are with the victim and I’ve been in close contact with police this morning.”
