Makeup fans are gobsmacked by new Charlotte Tilbury mascara dupe in Penneys for just €3.50.

Shoppers took to TikTok to praise the "amazing" Double Act mascara that they claim is a dupe for Pillow Talk mascara by Charlotte Tilbury. The Penneys dupe is a whopping €26.50 cheaper than the Pillow Talk mascara which costs €30.00.

Irish TikToker 'Rebecca 98' posted her latest find, saying: "Girls, you need this mascara from Penney’s ASAP. Look at the length and volume it gives. It’s a dupe for Charlotte Tilbury mascara and only €3.50. In all seriousness this mascara is amazing!!"
