For years now, The Witcher fans have been asking CDPR to make a game where they can create their own custom witcher and fight off monsters the way they want to, but the company pushed for pre-made characters in The Witcher 4 instead.
However, even though we have Ciri as /ourgirl/ in The Witcher 4, we’ll apparently also get the long-requested Make-your-own-Witcher game, and free of charge at that. According to a leak from MP1st, CDPR is working on an online multiplayer game where players will have this freedom. Set decades before the games and the books, it is expected that the game will take place across several nations and regions, all of which differ in geography and climate.
