The Dolphins have left salary-cap space available for Daly Cherry-Evans, and CEO Terry Reader says they are prepared to wait for the Manly skipper to make a decision on his future.

Cherry-Evans, a Redcliffe junior, has publicly stated this year will be his last at the Sea Eagles as he weighs up playing on in 2026.
