Liverpool Comic Con has revealed that a number of Stranger Things and Cobra Kai stars will appear at the convention later this year.
The hit Netflix shows returned with a bang earlier this year for their latest seasons - and both have been hugely popular with fans across the globe. Stranger Things’ latest season - the show’s penultimate - introduced The Hellfire Club, a Dungeons and Dragons roleplay group.
Now, Liverpool Comic Con has confirmed that a major Stranger Things star will be appearing at the event in November. Gaten Matarazzo is well known for playing one of Stranger Things’ central characters, Dustin Henderson.

Dustin is a member of ‘The Party’ and best friends with Mike Wheeler, Lucas Sinclair, Will Byers, Eleven, Max Mayfield and Steve Harrington. The latest season focused on his friendship with Hellfire Club founder Eddie Munson. Gaten will appear on both days of the convention.
Along with Gaten, four other Stranger Things cast members will appear at Liverpool Comic Con. Among those confirmed for the event are Raphael Luce, who played young Henry Creel, Grant Goodman who played Hellfire Club member Freak, Trey Best who played Corroded Coffin member Jeff, and Gwydion Lashlee-Walton who played Garath, another Hellfire Club member. Each of the stars will be appearing on both days of Comic Con. There will be autograph and photograph opportunities for each.
A number of Cobra Kai stars have also been confirmed to appear at the event, including Mary Mouser who plays Samantha LaRusso, Daniel LaRusso’s (Ralph Macchio) daughter. Tanner Buchanan, who plays Robby Keene, Johnny Lawrence’s (William Zabka) son in the show, will also be appearing.
The stars join Breaking Bad and The Mandalorian star Giancarlo Esposito, Sons of Anarchy star Charlie Hunnam, Twilight actors Peter Facinelli and Ashley Greene and many more who have already been confirmed for the event. Esposito will be available for photos and autographs.
Comic Con is returning to Liverpool’s Exhibition Centre on the waterfront from November 19 to 20, 2022. Tickets are on sale now and can be bought via the Comic Con website .
You can buy tickets for both Saturday and Sunday, or just one of the days. Prices start at £21.45 for adults and £8.80 for children per day.
