GLASGOW's largest concert arena is set to benefit from wider expansion plans which could create up to £1 billion a year.

The Scottish Event Campus (SEC), which includes the Ovo Hydro and the Armadillo venues, is set to undergo major transformation, according to reports in The Herald.
