Maisie Smith shares unusual bedroom request for boyfriend Max George as he confuses fans who ask if he's 'ok'

Maisie Smith has shared an unusual bedroom request with her boyfriend Max George as he appeared to confuse fans with an impending transformation. The loved-up couple, who are no strangers to a bit of jet-setting around the globe, recently headed on another luxury holiday abroad.

Former EastEnders star Maisie and The Wanted singer Max enjoyed what appeared to be a fabulous cruise around Norway on what marked their fifth holiday so far this year. At the end of last month Maisie, who plays Tifanny Butcher in the BBC One soap, shared a stunning image of their ocean surroundings from aboard the boat.

Meanwhile, Max shared his own snap of the bright blue ocean at Vestlandet while holding a coffee in his hand as he wished his followers a "good morning".

The pair now, however, seem to be back home and Maisie took to her Instagram with a request for her singer beau after seeing an old clip of him appearing in the sixth series of hit American musical sitcom, Glee. Back in 2015, Max had set his sights on making it big in the US following the end of The Wanted the year before.

The Swinton-born star didn’t have to wait long after his big move before he landed his first acting role stateside as he was cast as Clint, the lead singer of Vocal Adrenaline, a rival show choir to New Directions, based at McKinley High, the fictional Ohio school where Glee was set.

In the clip Maisie reshared to her Instagram Story, Max could be seen as Clint performing the Devo track, Whip It, in which they copied the American new wave band's look in the video, complete with an energy dome, a hat often worn by Devo.

"Do you still have that hat @maxgeorge?" Maisie typed alongside the video shared by a The Wanted fan page. She then cheekily added: "If yes, can you wear it in bed?"

Meanwhile, Max appeared to confuse his fans after joining new social media site Threads. The Meta app, from the company behind Facebook and Instagram, has a text-style format which encourages users to post updates and join public discourse, similar to Twitter.

He started posting snaps of himself with his head covered in what looked like either white shaving foam or hairdressing bleach. And it appeared to be the latter when he posted a follow-up photo of himself with a purple substance across his head, likened to purple shampoo.

One fan replied and asked: "U ok hun?" while another said: "You alright there?" A third commented: "Why are you bleaching you BALD head," as another echoed: "What is there to colour?" due to Max's more shaven appearance. A fifth replied: "Well that was unexpected Max," while another confused follower asked: "Hun, exactly what are you trying to accomplish here?"
