Maisie Smith and Max George passionately kiss in loved-up snaps on his birthday

Maisie Smith and Max George's budding romance seems to be going from strength to strength.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed the lovebirds have changed their Instagram biographies with each other's handles alongside love heart emojis.

Former EastEnders star Maisie, 21, couldn't resist sharing more loved-up snaps on her social media platform on Tuesday, as they celebrated Max's 34th birthday.

The couple, who recently enjoyed a trip abroad, passionately kissed in the photos with Maisie wrapping her arms around The Wanted singer.

She wrote: "Another one while it's still ya birthday" (sic).

The star had earlier in the day gone Instagram official to wish him a happy birthday writing: "Happy birthday @maxgeorge," with a heart hands emoji, alongside a selfie of them kissing.

The duo met on Strictly Come Dancing in 2020 when Maisie was partnered up with Kevin Clifton and Max was partnered up with Dianne Buswell.

They reportedly grew closer during the Strictly live tour at the beginning of this year.

The EastEnders actress wasn't supposed to be taking part in the tour but stepped in last-minute to replace TV presenter AJ Odudu, who had suffered an ankle injury.

However, it wasn't until August that rumours began swirling about the status of their relationship.

Earlier this year, Max split from Stacey Giggs after the pair rekindled their romance in April following Tom Parker's death.

And it looks like Max swiftly moved on with the soap actress and jetted off to Crete, Greece, to enjoy some time in the sun with her.

Passengers on the same flight as Maisie and Max told The Sun that the duo were 'all over each other' on the plane as they were spotted on a flight in August.

A person told the publication: "They looked like a very loved-up couple — they were all over each other for the entire four-hour flight.

"Snogging and giggling like any new couple."

And a source is said of the pair, who also reportedly headed on a holiday to Portugal together recently: "This isn’t a flash in the pan.

"Max has told people that he is falling in love with Maisie."
