House hunters now have the opportunity to purchase a property that is "so magical that it brings good luck".
Prospective buyers can snap up a mansion that is said to have magical powers and healing energies - all for a cool £7.95 million.
Magician Uri Geller has put his home, which was once filled with celebrities, on the market for nearly half its value in 2015.
The 76-year-old mystifier has cut the price tag from £15 million and claims the new owner will benefit from the property's special powers.
Uri says "everything I touched turned to gold" when he lived in the sprawling Sonning Court in Berkshire.
The home includes a heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis court and even a helicopter pad.
Illusionist Uri found the house in 1986 while looking for a country home outside of London.
The home went on to host a wealth of iconic celebrities including Formula One drivers, the Queen's cousin Prince Michael of Kent and Michael Jackson - who was Uri's best man when he renewed his wedding vows in 2001.
The property also boasts a panoramic room overlooking the Thames, a bar, state of the art cinema and professional gym.
It has 111 metres of moorings, with Uri charging £10 to each boat and all proceeds going to charity.
The gardens are steeped in the "mystical and enigmatic history of the Magna Carta", claims Uri.
A yew tree planted by the magician is said to be a seedling from the tree under which Britain's most famous document was signed in 1215.
Sonning Court was the Geller family home for more than three decades.
Uri lived there with his wife Hanna and children Natalie and Daniel.
As he got older, the magician wanted to return to his homeland of Israel. He now lives in Tel Aviv near the Uri Geller Museum.
He previously put the house on the market in 2015 for £15 million, but changed his mind. Uri has since admitted that the figure was unrealistic.
Uri last made headlines earlier this year when he said the sighting of UFO's by nuclear facilities are aliens “testing” technology on Earth having predicted that an invasion is imminent.
