Married At First Sight fans have been left wowed after Matt shared at throwback snap - and he is unrecognisable.
The image shows what the reality TV star, 32, looked like before all of his tattoos and gym work which has made him totally ripped now.
He captioned the picture: "The years pass, regardless of action or inaction* DO something. Or don't... I can't tell you what to do. I can tell you that you'll be happier if you do! Do the f****** work on yourself first before you do the work for other people," writes The Mirror.
