Marilyse Corrigan has revealed she's been gripped by the current season of Married At First Sight UK but "wouldn't dare recommend" anybody going on the show.
The star who featured in the first UK edition of the programme couldn't help but praise the show but the recent feuds have been enough to put her off, she joked.
Marilyse, 37, married Franky Spencer during her stint on the programme but while their marriage didn't last, the personal trainer who resides in Yorkshire has nothing but fond memories.
However, the drama surrounding Matt, Gemma, Whitney and Duka has left her completely speechless.
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, the mum-of-two said: "I would have recommended Married at First Sight to anybody before this season.
"But now this season has come out I don't think I would, I wouldn't dare recommend people like I did before because of how dramatic is!"
Discussing the current season, she said: "I think is super, super, super dramatic.
"Ours, I thought was dramatic – this is another level, ours was quite smooth sailing when you think back to it, this one is just bumps all over the place.
"I'm really gripped to it now, at first I thought 'Oh I'm not too sure about this series, it's too much drama, not enough of good stories', but now I'm really into it.
"It's really entertaining if you're not in it!"
Reflecting on the famous dinner party, she said: "It's the most outrageous and dramatic Dinner Party I've seen on Married At First Sight."
"There's a lot of different characters in there and they're very big characters," Marilyse added before continuing: "There are no quiet ones like myself or I don't know, Luke or someone, it's more than more like just massive, outrageous characters."
Despite Matt facing criticism for abruptly ending his relationship with Gemma and getting with Whitney, Marilyse explained: "I know he's not coming across great on the TV but I do really like him.
"I think he's got a soft side and is very to down to earth and he's a Yorkshire guy as well!"
While this year may be far too dramatic for her liking, Marilyse said she "loved" her time on the programme.
The personal trainer divulged: "I loved everything about it, the whole experience because obviously, I'd never done anything like that before, to that extreme.
"I made some great friends and had a really good connection with Frankie, although it didn't show that but we actually did.
"It's something to remember forever and you've got the footage to remember it."
