Married at First Sight UK star Jess has broken her silence after her exit from the show, saying she has been "true to myself".
Last night's episode saw Jess and Pjay give up on their marriage after failing to find a spark, and Jess admitting she has no "sexual attraction" towards the stripper.
The bombshell episode also saw Richie and Lara leave the E4 show, in which people are matched with strangers by experts, and marry them on their first meeting.
Jess took to her InstaStory to tell fans she was emotional after watching her farewell episode.
Speaking to the camera while wearing her work uniform, the dental hygienist thanked fans for their messages of support.
"I came into this experiment, I feel really emotional, I came into this experiment looking for a husband and unfortunately I didn't find it.
"But I can hold my head high, saying I have been true to myself and true to everyone and honest throughout this whole experience," Jess said.
She went on to wish the other couples well in the show, and said: "For every single girl, women out there, always trust your gut, your instincts, and never let anyone tell you what's right for you. The only person that knows what is best for you in life is yourself.
"So stick by that you will always be winning in life."
After weeks of trying to find a spark, Jess and Pjay gave up on their marriage on the reality show after sharing brutal truths in Wednesday's episode.
As the cast gathered with the show’s relationship experts, Jess revealed in the commitment ceremony that she has no ‘sexual attraction’ towards Pjay.
Jess decided to leave but despite the blow, Pjay asked if there was anything in their relationship "worth fighting for", to which Jess replied with another teary blunt "no".
The realisation hit Pjay and he decided to change his original decision from ‘stay’ to ‘leave’.
Later in the dramatic commitment ceremony, it was then revealed that Richie and Lara had made the decision to leave the experiment – with Richie clearly heart broken as he thought he had "found the one".
Lara explained: "Honestly, I've had the time of my life. This has been really great. But I think unfortunately for me, it's going to be a 'leave'."
Richie replied: "She's very precious. I think the world of her. There's no doubt about that. I am gutted, but for all the things that have or haven't happened, I have to say 'leave'."
The show has already provided viewers with enough fireworks to last the whole series, but just when fans thought the show couldn’t get any better, producers have revealed there are two new couples joining the line-up.
With a longer run of 30 episodes, the hit show is introducing four more excitable singletons into the mix as they put their lives in the hands of love experts and get married to a stranger.
