If you like places where the shitter can help you avoid accountability, then you should join Married At First Sight (MAFS) immediately. The dunny trick worked for Brook Crompton weeks ago, and it has seemingly worked some magic for Gia Fleur tonight.
Let’s rewind. After Juliette Fava was schooled for calling Bec Zacharia “viscous” things at the MAFS Couples Retreat, she tried to defend herself by claiming Bec says much worse — like in the screenshots she had of Bec talking shit about Alissa Fay and David Momoh.
When asked by MAFS expert Alessandra Rampolla how she even has these screenshots, Juliette explained that Gia sent them to her. “We came up with a plan of ‘let’s address the screenshots’,” Juliette revealed.
When Alessandra told Juliette that this “conscious retaliation” actually makes her look worse than Bec, she stormed out.
“I’m covering up so much. I don’t think this experiment is for me,” Juliette told the experts, before addressing her ride or die on the way out. “Gia, what the fuck?”
Meanwhile, back at the MAFS Commitment Ceremony, Gia defended what was said by her and Bec in the screenshots about Alissa because it was weeks ago.
“I feel sick,” Gia whispered to MAFS husband Scott McCristal, saying that she didn’t want to keep “getting fired at” before excusing herself for the bathroom.
When she found out Juliette wasn’t back there, Gia also decided she wanted to go home. I’m not entirely sure if “home” means whatever suburb she lived in before this experiment, or if “home” means the MAFS apartment she’s living in with Scott. And honestly, after a few different walk-outs by Juliette and Gia during this show already, no one really cares.
What we do care about, however, is the MAFS cast using the toilet to get out of any accountability.
But let’s be honest, if I have to cop another toilet excuse to see Gia with a Woolies bag and dressing gown on her way out, I’ll do it.
