If you thought you could easily forget about this year’s Married At First Sight (MAFS) participants now that the season is over, think again, because the industry is still completely fixated on one person: Gia Fleur.
Yep. Love her, hate her or mute your group chat because of her, the outspoken bride isn’t going anywhere. According to multiple insiders, Channel Nine is already working overtime to lock her into a comeback — and they’re not being subtle about it.
“They’re actively trying to find the right format for her. She’s at the top of every list when it comes to casting big personalities,” one source told PEDESTRIAN.TV, adding that Gia might be “the most valuable contestant to come out of the franchise in years”, considering how much attention she brought to the show.
However, while Nine might be leading the charge, multiple networks are reportedly in early discussions about securing Gia before someone else does.
“Gia is the only participant people are still talking about,” the source continued. “She’s polarising, yes, but that’s literally the point now.”

What show is Gia rumoured to be doing?
So, where could she land? All signs are pointing towards a potential reboot of The Celebrity Apprentice Australia, which last aired in 2022.
“It’s exactly the kind of show that could flip the narrative around her,” one insider explained.
Taking Gia out of the dating chaos and dropping her into a high-stakes business environment? That’s the kind of rebrand reality TV lives for.
There’s already a blueprint for this, too. Just look at Martha Kalifatidis, who appeared on the show in 2021 and managed to shift public perception post-MAFS completely. Nine reportedly sees Gia as someone who could do the same or go even bigger.
“They think she could carry a reboot. She gets people talking, and right now that’s everything,” they said. “If she nails the right show, audiences could see a completely different version of her.”

Gia speaks out about rumours
When contacted by P.TV, Gia teased a return to reality TV but said she’s not looking to repeat the same formula.
“I’m not going to do another relationship-style show again, whether I’m single or not. But I do love a challenge, so if the right opportunity came along, I’d definitely be open to it,” she said.
“I’ve already had interest, and if the right show comes along, something that lets Australia see more of who I am as a person, then of course I’d consider it.”
Meanwhile, Gia’s talent manager, Max Markson — who also represents former MAFS brides Jessika Power and Cyrell Paule— said that he is backing her star power.
“I signed Gia because she has real talent. I’ve worked with Kim Kardashian, so I know something about talent,” he said. “I’ve organised events for Pamela Anderson and Rachel Hunter, and I believe Gia has the same star quality.”
What happens next?
Let’s be real, reality TV loves a redemption arc, and Gia stepping into something like Celebrity Apprentice could be the ultimate reset. No relationships, no dinner parties, no wine throwing. Just strategy, pressure and a chance to prove she’s more than the edit we saw.
Which, let’s be honest, would be the biggest plot twist of all.
Nothing is officially locked in (yet), but the level of interest says everything. Networks are desperate for personalities who cut through the noise, and Gia has already proven she can dominate the conversation — whether people are cheering or screaming into their phones.
“Love her or hate her, you can’t ignore her,” the source said. “And that’s exactly why she’ll be back.”
So yeah, don’t pack up the Gia discourse just yet.
