Venezuela's authoritarian President Nicolas Maduro said that "right-wing Zionists" want to "deliver Venezuela to the imperialist demons" as the Trump administration continues to ramp up military pressure on the regime and the country's opposition continues to voice their support.

"Who will prevail? The people, of David, of God, of Bolivar, or imperialist demons?" Maduro added during a public appearance.
