Madonna apparently spent thousands of pounds flying her nearest and dearest to Italy for her 64th birthday, according to reports.
The Queen of Pop ensured her friends and family were there to help her celebrate her milestone in style.
Madonna turns 64 today and always lays on a lavish bash for her big day. This time she prepared an epic party at the Palazzo Castelluccio in Sicily, Italy.
Madonna has been joined on her Italian trip by her children as they also mark her son Rocco's 22nd birthday.
A source revealed: “As with every birthday, Madonna will host an epic party, but this year will be particularly special.
“The palace is nothing short of spectacular. I can only imagine she has blown tens of thousands on the evening. But when you’re worth £700million, money isn’t an issue."
The source told The Sun that the music icon planned to have dinner and drinks 'outside under the Mediterranean sky with a live band'.
Rocco, who she shares with film director Guy Ritchie, celebrates his birthday on August 11.
The star got ready for a party of a lifetime held in the stunning 19th-century palace in Noto, where she hosted a dinner.
She shared a few snaps on her Instagram, but it is unclear if she held a joint birthday party with her son or a separate one.
In the images, Madonna and her children - including Rocco, David Banda, Mercy, Stelle and Estere - sat at a beautifully decorated table in the garden as they listened to a live band.
Rocco could be seen cutting into a birthday cake which was shaped like a leather satchel.
Mirror Online have contacted Madonna's representatives for comment.
Like A Virgin legend Madonna regularly keeps her fans and 18.4million followers on Instagram updated about her life with snaps of her family and antics, often in skimpy outfits to really catch attention, as we would only expect from the woman who has dominated the pop music scene for decades.
Recently the mum-of-six sported a pair of black satin high-waisted underwear and stockings.
She paired the sultry look with a black mesh top with a lace bra underneath and black stiletto heels.
The singer accessorised the outfit with an array of necklaces, stacks of gold and silver bracelets and white sunglasses with wing detailing.
“Its Almost My Birthday… Send Me Presents,” penned Madonna alongside the series of pictures she shared to her Instagram story. [sic]
Madonna usually goes all out for her birthdays, with the star spending her 63rd with her ex-boyfriend Ahlamalik Williams in Italy.
However, the two went their separate ways earlier this year.
