Madonna has become "so much closer" to her adopted children thanks to their charity work.
The 66-year-old pop superstar - who has Lourdes, 28, with Carlos Leon, and Rocco, 24, with ex-husband Guy Ritchie but is also adoptive mother to David, 19, Mercy James, 19, and 12-year-old twins Stella and Estere - held a fundraiser for her charity Raising Malawi to benefit children in the African nation at the only paediatric hospital within the country, and admitted that her adopted kids have had a permanent "impact" on her life.
