Made In Chelsea star Nicola Hughes is celebrating becoming a mother!
The reality TV star has given birth to her first child early and shared her new bundle of joy's name with fans.
Nicola shares her first baby with husband Charlie Tupper, whom she tied the knot with last year in a star-studded ceremony.
The star took to her Instagram page earlier this evening to announce their happy news and share a sweet snap of her daughter's hand alongside her own.
"My heart," the new mum wrote in the caption. "Our little Penelope made an early arrival."
Fans and famous friends rushed to congratulate the star on her news, with Ashley James writing: "Massive congratulations lovely."
Fellow Made in Chelsea star Lucy Watson wrote: "biggest congrats to both of you [love-heart emojis] cannot WAIT to meet her."
"Can’t wait to meet her," Tiffany Watson added, as fellow new mum Lottie Tomlinson wrote: "love-heart eyes emojis] congratulations."
Nicola announced she was expecting her first child in May this year on Instagram as she unveiled her blossoming baby bump for the first time.
The Irish star delighted her fans when she posted a stunning photo of her lying in a bikini while her husband Charlie placed his hands on her bare bump.
Alongside the snap, Nicola simply penned: "Hi baby".
Charlie kept his announcement short and sweet, reposting Nicola's snap to his Instastory, and adding a smiley emoji.
Nicola and Charlie married in August 2021 in a lavish ceremony at Botleys Mansion in Surrey, after getting engaged in Ibiza.
The pair had been planning to tie the knot in France, but due to complications caused by the pandemic they moved the ceremony to the UK.
"We wanted a three-day wedding abroad, near a vineyard, but the way it turned out it was so nice and I think it was meant to be.
"We had the best day, we were so happy," Nicola told OK! Magazine.
Nicola walked down the aisle in front of 100 loved ones and friends, including MIC cast members such as Tiffany and Lucy. Kate Moss' half sister Lottie, was also a guest.
Speaking after tying the knot Nicola and her new husband expressed their desire to start a family in the near future.
"We’re just really excited to plan our honeymoon and see where we can go, and then we’re going to buy a house and hopefully start a family one day," the bride explained.
"Obviously that’s something you can’t predict, but in the next year or so we’d love to start a family. Any number would be a blessing, but I’d love to have at least two."
Less than a year on from marrying, Nicola and Charlie announced they were expecting their first child together in May this year.
